ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am-5pm during Monday-Friday as well as 10am-2pm on Saturdays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
No local delivery at this time.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using the shipping provider you choose at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will issue a store credit the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at daisyanddukesboutique@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
